Ground Transportation

Yes. Weave has arranged transportation upon arrival through our trusted vendor AMSTAR. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Weave sign held by AMSTAR once you exit the airport.

For your transfer from Garza Blanca to the SJD airport, you must check out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman to depart the hotel.

Flights

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 72 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.

Please note all flights will be booked directly in and out of Cabo Airport (SJD) only.

    • Passport Required: For all attendees, a valid passport is required to enter Mexico. For those traveling from the US, please make sure your passport is valid through the end of the event dates. You will need a machine-readable passport (usually 2005 and newer). Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
    • A credit card is required at the time of check in. The resort will place a hold on your card for incidentals which will be released within 7 days of your check-out date.
    • The hotel is located approximately 30-35 minutes from the SJD airport. You will be provided transport upon arrival.
    • Weather: For May, the average temp is 87° Fahrenheit.
    • The official language in Mexico is Spanish so remember to be patient!
    • Please drink only bottled water or water filtered at the restaurants on property!

Yes, every Weave President's Club inductee can invite one guest. Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend. It should be someone that is an important part of your life.

We have a limited number of pre/post extensions. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights.

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event! Long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

For dinner at any of the restaurants on property the resort has an evening dress code. The resort asks that you please avoid the following:

  • All T-Shirts
  • Bathing Suits/Cover Ups
  • Flip-flops
  • Pool & Beach Footwear
  • Sportswear & Sneakers

The average temperature in Cabo for May is 87° Fahrenheit. Once the sun goes down in the evenings, the temperatures can drop into the mid 70s.

We highly recommend making dinner reservations prior to your arrival as restaurants get very busy during the peak times. Upon arrival, you can also visit the Concierge Desk located right behind the front desk and also will be assigned a 'Butler' who is there to help you with anything needed during your stay.

You will get a check to sign every meal. Tips are included as part of the all inclusive package but if you want to tip additional for exceptional service you can, this additional tip will be charged to your room.

Weave will be handling tips for all activities and the airport transportation.

There will be two options.

1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you (30 days prior to the event), it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
